‘The Belmont Blast’ charity clay shoot for Lincolnshire Cardiac Rehabilitation Service

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS), runs the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service in Lincolnshire, which brings together a wide range of advice and support including, medical treatment, education, counselling/psychological support, exercise advice and healthy eating.

Richard, an ex-cardiac rehab patient suffered a heart attack in December 2017. Richard has a passion for clay shooting and is now organising a charity clay shoot on Saturday, 28 September, from 10am to 5.30pm at Ivy House Farm, Donnington on Bain, LN11 9TJ.

The money raised will be spilt with the Trust’s charity; Charitable Funds, Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance and Alzheimer's Society.

Alison Bunn, cardiac rehabilitation nurse specialist said: “We are extremely grateful to Richard and all our volunteers who use their time to raise money.

“All the money raised from this event will make a huge difference in enhancing the recovery of our cardiac patients who access the service. Please support this event if you can.”

At the event there will be a raffle, stalls, games and refreshments.
